Shopmanager was conceived by software connoisseurs, Austin Butler and Scot Schroeder. Recognizing the glaring absence of comprehensive solutions for everyday challenges faced by automotive shops, they embarked on a mission.

The Inception
The year it all began. Austin Butler and Scot Schroeder combined their passion for automotive and software to lay the foundation for Shopmanager.

First Release
Our first version saw the light of day, introducing a fresh perspective to automotive shop management.

2018
Quickbooks & Mobile Management
A significant year for us as we integrated with QuickBooks, simplifying financial management for our users. In response to the evolving needs of our users, we launched our mobile management feature, allowing shop owners to manage operations on-the-go.

10,000 Users & Integrated Merchant Services
A proud moment for the Shopmanager family as we crossed 10,000 active users, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. Around this time, we had also successfully incorporated integrated merchant services within the Shopmanager workflow system.

We introduced VIN decoders and several other features, making Shopmanager more robust and user-friendly.
